An impossibly beautiful morning—quiet, unhurried, still.
The world is beautiful. Life is beautiful. Perhaps all we need, every now and then, is a comma in the rush of life—a moment to pause and renew our bond with nature.
They say there is no better healer than nature. And if you go to the mountains and cannot leave behind some of your sorrow, weariness, and smallness of mind, you are truly unfortunate.
The mountains say nothing. Neither does the water.
They simply quiet the unnecessary noise within us.
Life is beautiful. Sometimes, we just need to stop long enough to notice.
অসম্ভব সুন্দর একটা সকাল। শান্ত, ধীর-স্থির। কোনো তাড়া নেই, কোলাহল নেই। সামনে পানি, দূরে পাহাড়, মাথার ওপর মেঘে ঢাকা আকাশ।
পৃথিবীটা আসলেই সুন্দর। জীবনও সুন্দর। শুধু ব্যস্ত জীবনের মাঝে মাঝে একটু দাঁড়ি-কমা দরকার। একটু থামা দরকার। নিজের সঙ্গে, প্রকৃতির সঙ্গে আত্মার পুরোনো সম্পর্কটা আবার ঝালিয়ে নেওয়া দরকার।
কে যেন বলেছিলেন, প্রকৃতির চেয়ে ভালো ‘হিলার’ আর কিছু নেই।
আর কে যেন বলেছিলেন—আপনি পাহাড়ের কাছে গেলেন, অথচ মনের দুঃখ-কষ্ট, ক্লান্তি আর সংকীর্ণতাগুলো পাহাড়কে দিয়ে আসতে পারলেন না—তাহলে আপনি বড় দুর্ভাগা।
কথাটা কার, মনে নেই। তবে এমন একটি সকালে দাঁড়িয়ে মনে হয়—কথাটা মিথ্যে নয়।
পাহাড় কিছু বলে না। লেকও না।
শুধু আমাদের ভেতরের অপ্রয়োজনীয় শব্দগুলো একটু একটু করে থামিয়ে দেয়।
জীবন সুন্দর। পৃথিবীও।
মাঝে মাঝে শুধু থামতে হয়।
